Does exactly what it says

Great pain relief when applied properly, good adhesion, easy to get off when you need it too, great support, it's the only tape I will use now.

The tape has give me itchy rashes in just a few hours so I’m wondering if im allergic to it. I’ll try it once more and see what happens.

Haglund's deformity

I have haglund's deformity and use the KT Pro Extreme Tape Precut (5 x 25cm) to support and protect my heel. Easy to apply and remove. Found out about the tape via https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q60sluL1FAE
