Honestly WOW, says about three days before you’ll need to replace, mine lasts longer it’s super sticky. Easy to apply for my joint instability in both elbows, my physio wanted me to order any tape but… I’d already had my eye on this brand and watched a video on how to apply for my needs of the tape. This is the third kt tape I have purchased and each one has been different, they are all fantastic and do exactly what it says,I have a knee problem torn meniscus etc and is helping big time as I am able to move a lot better, you have to make sure you do not overlap as it will start to come off if you keep it on skin it’s great and stays put for a few days I would highly recommend.

Stays in place!

I use the tape for a turftoe and previously used the Pro-tape. The Extreme tape stays in place much better! It lasts up to 5 days on the foot. And somehow it really helps with the recovery of this nasty injury. Extreme tape will be a standard in my medicinebox from now in.

Haglund's deformity

Long lasting and good

I was struggling to find tape that would stick to my feet for longruns or harder workouts. They inevitably would come off due to sweat. This one seems to do the trick! We’ll see how it holds up over the course of my marathon in two weeks time
