KT tape is the best. I started using KT Tape maybe 10 years ago. I have used other kinesiology tape before but KT Tape is the best. It last for about 3 -7 days with excellent support. A friend used another tape yesterday and it started coming off after 20 mins of playing football. My brother suggested KT Tape to him as I have got my brother using it too and he has also seen and felt the benefits. Its also great that you can get it precut. I swear by KT Tape.
I have been using KT Tape pro for years now and it's the best Kinesiology tape out there. I have used it for Achilles issues. Meniscus tear support, Tennis elbow. And more recently my brother had gluten issues. I taped it up and he played a whole game of football with know pain. Where as before he could only play a half of the game and come off from pain.
Bought the tape for my turf toe injury and I seem to benefit since the pain is lower. Although it doesn’t feel like it gives any support: I do not feel wearing it. Strange but good. The precut tapes are very convenient in use. I do not get 7 days out of it, more like 3 or 4, but maybe that’s because of its location on the foot. Will definitively continue use.

Purchased KT Tape as had an upcoming trail race and needed strapping I could trust to stabilise an old knee injury. Knee felt very secure throughout the race , in challenging conditions. Lots of steep ascents and descents on very rocky, muddy uneven ground. Knee felt well supported throughout. Would definitely recommend

Tape works well. Not a good experience with delivery. I would certainly not select Evri (UK) as a choice of delivery. They are the worst. I would certainly pay more for the option of delivery.

Sehr gut aber ich finde es nicht breit genug für meine Achillessehne. Aber sehr gute Qualität das hält mich während des Trainings.
The packaging is nice. The colors too. And it is easy to apply. I have to use it on my ankle which became very weak after being sprained few years ago. I still can train 4 to 5 hours a day. So I suppose it really works. Unfortunately, it is not staying 4 to 7 days as advertised. It even comes off very easily if I don't hold it in one sock.
