Amazing! I have back pain and hip pain, and these loops have been a life saver. Much more preferable then paramedical and helps to keep me moving! Much easier to place and keep in place then i originally thought, especially around the hip area. The pre-cut tapes are nice, I use smaller cut strips of KT tape when I run out of what is provided.
Have been a long time user of this tape to help support a knee problem. Definitely makes a difference without the bulkiness of a one piece knee bandage/support.
This pre-cut tape is ideal. You can't always get access to scissors at running events or while travelling by air. So these pre-cut pieces are a game-changer.
Great product and easy to use, I have a knee problem and this tape works well and helps me with my running and playing football. I can Shower with on and last for a few days before I have to change it.

KT tape is the best. I started using KT Tape maybe 10 years ago. I have used other kinesiology tape before but KT Tape is the best. It last for about 3 -7 days with excellent support. A friend used another tape yesterday and it started coming off after 20 mins of playing football. My brother suggested KT Tape to him as I have got my brother using it too and he has also seen and felt the benefits. Its also great that you can get it precut. I swear by KT Tape.
My wife uses KT tape to support her thumbs when playing the piano. After over 65 years of accompanying hundreds of singers and musicians, they have taken a bit of a battering! She finds KT Pro to be so much better than anything else she has tried. She has also found that the genuine tape we buy from this site to be much more reliable in quality than tape (supposedly KT) that we have bought from another well-known (if not ubiquitous!) retail site, that we feel must have been forgery or knock-off tape originating somewhere in the Far East!
Super tape.Strong and held perfectly through a very wet marathon! I have sensitive skin and had no issue with this tape ! KT will be my “go to” tape from now on!!
I have been using KT Tape pro for years now and it's the best Kinesiology tape out there. I have used it for Achilles issues. Meniscus tear support, Tennis elbow. And more recently my brother had gluten issues. I taped it up and he played a whole game of football with know pain. Where as before he could only play a half of the game and come off from pain.
I've tried several tapes, and this is definitely the one with the best material. It's beautiful, comfortable, and functional.
Unfortunately, the glue doesn't hold up to swimming, even though I applied it 12 hours before in an air-conditioned environment after thoroughly cleaning and drying the skin.

I've used KT tape 5 years ago and I was not completly sactisfied due to the glue resistance. The tape that I' bought in 2025 is much better , I've used it for shoulder pain on volley players and for patellofemoral chondropathy . The tape is consistant and it resist for5 days even after training . Very happy and sactisfy this time.
I used it to my ankle stability as my healing has been very slow and it allowed me to stand and walk, in particular life saving to work and deliver conference standing for some hours. No allergies, I also bought the gel so I do not know if it was the reason of better dettaching the tape without hurting.
Used the gull roll now and have been pleased with the results. Much better adhesive strength than other brands I’ve used, which is a positive as it’s a bit more expensive. Read s lot of reviews that there’s no proven benefit from using tape. Well, if that’s the case, the placebo effect has worked for me. Will buy again to have on hand if my ligament problems return.
