This is the third kt tape I have purchased and each one has been different, they are all fantastic and do exactly what it says,I have a knee problem torn meniscus etc and is helping big time as I am able to move a lot better, you have to make sure you do not overlap as it will start to come off if you keep it on skin it’s great and stays put for a few days I would highly recommend.

I use the tape for a turftoe and previously used the Pro-tape. The Extreme tape stays in place much better! It lasts up to 5 days on the foot. And somehow it really helps with the recovery of this nasty injury. Extreme tape will be a standard in my medicinebox from now in.

Great pain relief when applied properly, good adhesion, easy to get off when you need it too, great support, it's the only tape I will use now.

The tape has give me itchy rashes in just a few hours so I’m wondering if im allergic to it. I’ll try it once more and see what happens.
